Ringwood is in a proximity to many vibrant and contemporary hot spots, as well as modern transport facilities making it a more accessible and attractive place for all. Maroondah City Councils Realm boasts on the library which accommodates opportunities that until recent, have only been available in a CBD environment, upstairs is a small space for emerging businesses, it also has a children’s area where story time is offered several times a week to different age groups, and downstairs has many digital game playing areas to get stuck into.

Eastland which holds every major retail brand such as Myer, David Jones, supermarkets and more as well as international brands such as H&M and Uniqlo. Eastland Town Square is especially captivating for all the foodies looking for a range of delicious food experiences with restaurants such as Hunter & Barrell, Pacos Tacos by Movida, Hunky Dory, Jimmy Grants by George Colombaris and more. On a good day, it is a great idea to wander up to the rooftop bar and vegetable garden and enjoy a glass of champagne and a Yarra Valley experience. There are many residential activities being held in Ringwood, one being the Town Square Ice Skating Rink, open until the 31st of August for all locals looking for a winter wonder activity.

The Kokoda Memorial track is not too far if you are looking for the ideal place to work out, or just relax and take your time enjoying the gorgeous views around Dandenong. Ringwood has a swimming centre for all those water babies, or a lake for the more outdoors type, if you’re into having a relaxing sporting day there is also a local golf course. The Dandenong creek trail begins at Kilsyth South and ends on the shore of Port Phillip Bar, running through east and south-eastern suburbs, with animals, wetlands and an abundance or nature for a much-enjoyed walk or bike ride.

The evolution continues as Eastland’s South-East corner is commencing the building of a hotel complex which will be one of Ringwood’s major activity centres. The hotel will include 120 rooms, including a lounge dedicated to meeting rooms, a gym and a bar, the hotel is set to arrive late 2017.

As you can see, Ringwood is the ideal place to be, with the continuous evolutionary plans and ideal residency with such an exciting and upbeat environment.
