We have been getting a large number of people asking us what the latest crane to go up over EastLand is building. And as the area experts we are always happy to share local knowledge. The latest addition to Eastland will be a 5 Green Star two level office building above the existing multi-level carpark. Maben has been appointed to the project and the construction is estimated to be at $20 Million.
The offices will be occupied by council and concerns have been raised by the fact council are wanting staff to use public transport and will not be providing enough car spaces, as well as the reduced accessability for the public.
